HEALTHY FOOD, HEALTHY SKIN, HEALTHY STYLE!

"You are what you eat"I'm beginning to watch the foods i consume these days. Most foods we consume are source of garbage to the body even tho the looks are pleasing to the eyes and tasteful to the mouth. A glowing and healthy skin doesn't come like magic. Some people, ladies in particular so much rely and put their hope in makeup and beauty products. That is why cancer is mostly rampared amongst women today not only in excess use of beauty products but majorly in d intake of foods that are harmful to the body 'ignorantly'. Foods and drinks that contain bad cholesterol, potassium bromide, excess seasonings, aspatain, colouring, preserved foods, too much consumption of snacks, excess sugar or sugary foods are to be avoided if we want to stay healthy plus a glowing and beautiful skin. These foods only compounds fats in the body. Food is one of the essentials in life but not all foods are healthy for the body. "All things are lawful unto me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful unto me, but I will not be brought under the power of any"
1Corinthians 6:12.


I must tell you the truth, there are so many foods, snacks and even drinks that are tasteful and we might not be able to resist at times but "ignorance is a killer".


Some of these foods we eat drains d beauty of the skin unknown to us. We are to control the way we eat even tho the special delicacy might look pleasing in our sight. I have so much respect and admiration for elderly men and women that maintain their beauty and handsomeness even at a very old age because I know that they have contributed something positive into their life for example: eating healthy foods which includes 'FRUITS AND VEGETABLES'. 










Fruits and vegetables provide a lot of nutrients to the body which makes d body hearty and skin glowing. 


I personally take a lot of bitter leaf water and fruits after my meal. And it has really helped me a lot. Even back in the days of Adam and Eve, God gave plants as food. Practice the culture of eating fruits and vegetables. Style is not just about cloths or dresses, It also has to with how you take care of your self inward and outward. Style begins from the inward appearance! Beauty products might make the skin glow temporarily but healthy foods makes the skin glow naturally and permanently! If you maintain your body, your body will serve you better!
