With the many different inscriptions castigating Mondays and exalting Fridays in this era, many tend to just go by the rule of being happy when the weekend is approaching as there will not be obviously any official work to be done.
‘Thank God it’s Friday’, ‘Oh its Monday again’ , and so on are many updates you get to see all across various social media networks as the weekend is approaching and the also when Monday knocks by the door. You will agree with me that this is rather too common. We have gotten so used to those inscriptions and terms to the point that we don’t even care to know the sublime messages it passes across. It is naturally simple, when you are happy to go on weekends and sad that Monday is near, it means you are not enjoying your work. Now is it? Although many of us got into the ‘Thank-God-Its-Friday-Club’ unknowingly but this has to be checked! Our mindset has a way of making things work out or not. Most times it is our thoughts that mess up our day totally. Have you ever heard of ‘making your day a success in your thoughts’? Yes! That should be what you ought to do…As a man thinks in his heart, so is he! Wake up in the morning, think great things about your day, how you want it to go and step out of your house feeling like the ‘man’, you will be surprised at what your Mondays will bring. Also, what are the things you do on Mondays generally? Are the things you did last week Monday same as what you’re doing this Monday? Then, you need to start doing things differently!.. We naturally rush on Mondays. Take it cool, calmly arrange your day, from what to have as breakfast in the office to how to attend to files that you have piled up on your table…. or school activities....just make sure you do things differently.
Thirdly, harness the Friday feeling. Adding a few weekend ‘style’ treat to your working week can make Mondays feel a little less stressful. Who says it is only on weekends that you can have a date with friends or see a movie? Stop keeping all the fun stuffs for weekends, nothing stops you from making your workdays look like a weekend.

It is true that getting out of bed early to observe our morning routines before preparing for work can be dreadful after two days of sleeping without any time limits which makes Mondays to be so dreadful and unforgiving to many but hey!…sacrifices are made to get to higher heights.
Truth is, Mondays are not as dreadful as you think, It is what you say to your day that you get!.. Have a great Monday!
